On April 1, 2024, the library's new self-purchased book registration and review platform was launched online. Teachers and students no longer need to go to the library for on-site review and stamping after self-purchased books and periodicals, which greatly facilitates teachers and students to register and reimburse self-purchased books and periodicals. , won wide acclaim from teachers and students.

After the platform is opened, teachers and students who purchase books and periodicals by themselves only need to complete the registration on the registration platform. After the library staff approves the online review, the system will automatically generate an audit form. The registrant can download and print the audit form by himself, which can be used as the basis for the review to complete the reimbursement procedures. So far, the platform has audited 72 invoices online, truly realizing "more data gets lost and less teachers and students get lost".

Since 2010, in order to standardize the financial and asset management system, the school has required all departments and teachers within the school to use administrative and scientific research funds to sporadically purchase paper books and periodicals that must be registered and reviewed in the library before they can be reimbursed. In order to fulfill relevant registration and review responsibilities and reduce the workload of teachers and students in registering book and periodical information, the library has been continuously optimizing the registration method for self-purchased books and periodicals. From the initial Excel offline form filling to the online form filling that supports multiple terminals, the registration platform has experienced three major version updates, from manually inputting book information to taking pictures and reading ISBN numbers to automatically generate bibliographic information. The data collection method has always been in the direction of More convenient directions are constantly optimized.

During this process, the library (Department of Cultural Heritage), on the basis of fully studying and understanding relevant policies, repeatedly reported the demands of teachers and students to relevant functional departments. After full exchanges and communication between departments, a consensus was reached on the registration and review of self-purchased books and periodicals, further optimizing the review business process, and effectively implementing the "user-friendly" library construction concept.
