April 26, 2024 is the 24th World Intellectual Property Day. In order to enhance young students’awareness of intellectual property protection and form a proactive awareness of scientific and technological innovation, taking the "World Intellectual Property Day" as an opportunity, the Library and Information Working Committee of Jiangsu Province Colleges and Universities The "Fourth Southeast University 'Super Star Cup' Jiangsu Provincial Universities and Excellence Alliance University College Students Intellectual Property Knowledge and Skills Competition" was held in conjunction with the libraries of universities in the Alliance of Excellence. The specific competitions are as follows:

0 3. Activity form
1. Training on basic knowledge of intellectual property: Before the individual competition, the Intellectual Property Information Service Center of Southeast University provides online training on basic knowledge of intellectual property through Tencent Conference, and the course can be replayed.
2. Personal knowledge competition: On the individual competition day, contestants answer questions through the "Xuetong" platform. They answer 50 questions online within 30 minutes. The top 65 contestants will be selected based on the total score and answer time, and the top 15 will enter the majors. Skills team competition, 16-65 people will receive the winning prize.
3. Team skills competition: (1) The 15 contestants who entered the team competition will be randomly divided into 5 groups, and experts will conduct patent search topic analysis and patent database usage training for the contestants. Within 5 working days after the training, each group of players will complete a topic search report as required. (2) On the day of the team competition, each group of contestants will report the topic search report in the form of PPT, and expert judges will score on-site to determine the first, second, and third prizes. There will be 1 group for first prize, 2 groups for second prize, and 2 groups for third prize.
