On the morning of November 22, the school held an announcement meeting for the new department-level leaders of the Library (Cultural Heritage Department). Liu Liang read out the decision on the appointment and removal of cadres of the school party committee (Dangfa [2023] No. 108): Comrade Xin Wen is appointed as the deputy director (deputy minister) of the Library (Cultural Heritage Department).
