On the afternoon of September 15, all members of the Zhang Zhiwen Library Construction Working Group (hereinafter referred to as the "working group") held a working meeting in Room A703 of the library to report on the progress of the early construction of the new library and the working group's next work plan. Guo Zhongxing, Director of the Library and Minister of Cultural Heritage, listened to the report of the working group.

First of all, on behalf of the working group, Hou Meili made a detailed report on the selection of reading tables and chairs and the furniture deepening plan for the new library. During the reporting process, everyone analyzed and discussed the different products and solutions provided by furniture manufacturers one by one.

Then, Zhang Yong introduced to everyone the work plan of the working group for the construction of new library furniture, indexing signs and smart libraries, and everyone had a full discussion on the specific work arrangements.

After listening to the work report of the working group, Guo Zhongxing pointed out that when selecting furniture, the working group should always focus on the needs of readers, aim for reader satisfaction, and pay attention to the details of each design and the actual conditions of the site. Next, the work of the working group enters a critical moment. The time is tight and the tasks are heavy. All work must be planned in advance and implemented seriously. Under the guidance of the overall planning plan for the construction of the new campus of the school, closely combined with the preliminary design and construction progress of Zhang Zhiwen Library, we will solidly advance the work, complete the construction of the new library with quality and quantity, and strive to build the new library into a new cultural landmark of the new campus.
