In order to create a strong campus reading atmosphere and meet the needs of teachers and students for popular new books, the library plans to hold the 2023 World Book Day and the opening of the 15th "Poems and Books in China" Reading Month. The Spring Offline New Book Fair and the on-site borrowing and purchasing of new books on the platform of "Your Library Pays for Books". The details of the activities are as follows:
【time and location】
Weigang Campus:
April 23-24 , 2023 10 :00-17:00 East Gate of the library, exhibition hall behind the elevator on the first floor
Pukou Campus:
April 25-26 , 2023 10 : 00-17 : 00 Library Hall
【Exhibited bibliography】
Nearly 2,000 high -quality books such as 20 major theme learning works, 2023 new books, award-winning books, rankings ( 2022 Douban best books , new book rankings, best-selling rankings) , and related professional books .
【Activity form 】
1. On-site borrowing and purchasing:
Register and bind the platform of "paying for your book selection library" ( can be operated on site ) --- select books in the exhibition hall (less than the total number of books you can borrow and purchase) --- log in to the "personal center" ---- go to "borrow "Purchasing Taiwan" presents the user's QR code --- the staff scans the code and the book bar code --- completes the borrowing and purchase, and takes away the new book.
(There will also be operating guide signs and staff to assist in specific operations at the event site)
2. On-site purchase : If you want to collect the new books on display this time, you can also purchase them by yourself. There is a 25% discount for the whole audience , and you can pay by scanning the code at the cashier (collected by the museum distributor).
【About Borrowing 】
1. "You choose books, the library pays the bill" platform "Yunyue Reading" has more books online for readers to borrow and purchase, and they will be delivered by express delivery .
2. All teachers, students and readers of the school can use it after registration. Each reader can borrow and purchase up to 6 books , and can borrow again after returning the books.
3. The borrowing period is 30 days , which can be renewed for 15 days once entering "My Library" .
