In order to improve the professional working ability of librarians, form a strong learning and research atmosphere, and promote the construction of user-friendly libraries. On the afternoon of April 12th, the library (Cultural Heritage Department) held an online and offline research and learning experience sharing meeting. Zhang Lixia, Zhang Yong, Ding Qing, and Hu Yitao, four directors, shared their research and learning experience. Participate in the meeting, the meeting is presided over by Tang Huiyan, deputy curator (deputy minister).

At the meeting, Zhang Lixia first introduced the harvest of exchange and study in the archives of Nanjing University of Technology, and proposed the idea ofreforming the student archives work. Zhang Yong explained the profound things in a simple way, shared with you the experience of participating in the Elsevier e-book forum in the form of pictures, texts and videos, and analyzed the current situation of the construction of electronic resources in our school, and then he also showed everyone the library of Southern University of Science and Technology , Shenzhen University Library research results, a vivid interpretation of the application of new library intelligent optimization management. By presenting the layout of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China library, Ding Qing explained the development process of the smart library and the necessity of the digital transformation of higher education. Hu Yitao introduced the review and progress of the CADAL project, the large series of Chinese paintings in the past dynasties, and the opportunities and challenges for the future development of the library.

During the reporting process, Tang Huiyan interacted with the reporter. In the end, she said that the experience sharing of out-of-field researchers is very valuable, and the content is wonderful, which has benefited librarians a lot. I hope that everyone will actively participate in learning and thinking. In the future work, we should carry out more such exchange and sharing sessions. It can play a practical and effective role in promoting, improving, and optimizing various tasks.

It is reported that in order to continuously promote the construction of the talent team and create a strong learning atmosphere, our library has launched a series of training and research sharing activities for the whole library.
