In order to effectively promote the construction of a user-friendly library and effectively support the construction of a world-class university with agricultural characteristics, after the research of the Party and Government Joint Meeting of the Library (Ministry of Cultural Heritage) on March 21, 2023, it was decided to: reform the system, innovate the mechanism, strengthen the Business management, the establishment of assistant curator positions. Recruitment is now open to all on-the-job librarians (including formal staff, non-career staff, personnel agents, and talent leasing staff).

一、Recruitment positions and number of people

Job Title: Assistant Curator

Recruitment number: 2 people

二、Responsibilities

Assistant curator A: assist the curator or deputy curator to carry out business management. Responsible for subject services, intellectual property services, reference consultation, librarian training, asset management, etc. Assistant personnel, financial work. In charge of the reference department. Coordinating Office, Reader Service Department (Weigang Campus). Serving the Department of Biology and Environment, and the Department of Animal Science. Contact the Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Branch.

Assistant curator B: assist the curator or deputy curator to carry out business management. Responsible for literature resources, information technology, research and development, etc. In charge of Document Resource Construction and Technical Support Department. Coordinating and managing the special working group of Zhang Zhiwen Library, Document Resource Construction and Archives Management Department (Pukou Campus).

三、Candidate conditions

1. Politically support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, adhere to the four basic principles, have a firm political stand and high political quality.

2. Strong management ability and excellent overall situation awareness. Has the spirit of bearing hardships and standing hard work, and is mentally prepared to accept heavy work tasks, regardless of personal gains and losses.

3. Love the library cause, have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility. Be able to propose innovative, operable, reproducible, and scalable work plans for the business involved in the proposed position.

4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills and excellent execution. While completing the job duties of the applied position, they can also better perform the job duties of the original position.

5. During the current employment period, at least one year-end assessment of school-level excellence.

四、Remuneration and assessment

1. Participate in library affairs meetings and joint party and government meetings. They have the right to vote when voting on issues in their respective fields.

2. Provide priority support for learning and research to improve business capabilities, and software and hardware equipment that needs to be purchased for work.

3. According to the work performance, a separate assessment at the end of the year.

4. The administrative level will not be recognized, and no economic subsidies will be given.
