On the afternoon of March 2, Kang Min, deputy curator of the library (Department of Cultural Heritage), led a team of 10 staff from the archives to the archives of Nanjing University of Technology to carry out research and exchange activities. Director Liu Junying of the Archives of Nanjing University of Technology led colleagues from the Comprehensive Archives Section, Student Archives Section, and Digital Archives and Technology Section to participate in this research activity.

First, curator Liu Junying introduced the overall situation of the archives of Nanjing University of Technology and the division of labor between departments, and then the teachers in charge of each department focused on issues such as the archives management system, student archives system, transfer process of student archives during the graduation season, how to collect physical archives and photo archives, and digital work. Carry out exchanges and discussions. Then Deputy Director Kang Min introduced the basic situation of Nannong Archives, and staff from both sides exchanged and discussed specific issues. Everyone shared their work experience in combination with specific business details, spoke freely and in a warm atmosphere, achieving the desired effect. Finally, we visited the warehouse of the archives of Nanjing University of Technology to investigate the use of the storage racks. The staff of both sides hope to communicate and learn more from each other in the future, so as to improve the archives work together and make more contributions to school service and education!
