The maintenance, renovation and upgrading of this lecture hall refer to the successful cases of similar projects, combined with the existing space layout and needs, the decoration and equipment have been completely upgraded. The control system has been renovated and upgraded, which has strengthened the clear sound reinforcement of the audio, improved the quality of the conference, and significantly improved the quality of the participants and the display effect of the school's appearance.

It is reported that in 2004, in order to actively adapt to the school's internationalization and the development goal of building a world-class agricultural university, the library built an "International Academic Lecture Hall" on the east side of the first floor. In order to solve many problems such as infrastructure, aging and damage of equipment, and service quality not meeting expectations, the library (the Ministry of Cultural Heritage), after full investigation and listening to the opinions of teachers and students, carried out project planning and design in advance, and actively applied to the Ministry of Education to improve the basic At the same time, the maintenance and renovation of the lecture hall and equipment renewal were implemented in the summer of this year.

During the construction period, the project construction team of the Academic Lecture Hall actively overcame the impact of the epidemic, made scientific arrangements, formulated construction plans at different levels and in stages, and paid close attention to the time nodes to grasp the progress. All personnel stick to the front line of construction, with the attitude of forging ahead and the determination to win, on the basis of doing a good job in epidemic prevention and control, and speeding up the construction of the project with quality and quantity. In the golden autumn and September, the fruit is full of branches. On September 23, the maintenance and renovation and equipment renewal project of the lecture hall passed the acceptance of the expert group. After the completion of the details and the trial operation, it was officially opened on October 20.
