According to the current situation of epidemic prevention and control, in order to effectively protect the lives and health of teachers and students, and resolutely win the battle of epidemic prevention and control, the library (Cultural Heritage Department) will now strictly carry out the work of the new crown pneumonia epidemic prevention and control work notice. as follows:

1. Raise the position and awareness

Overcome paralyzed thinking and fluke mentality, and tighten the string of thoughts on strict prevention and control of the epidemic. All librarians and readers entering the library should enhance their awareness of epidemic prevention and control and health management.

2. Strengthening normalized prevention and control

(1) Librarian management

1. Librarians should monitor their health as required. If symptoms such as fever and cough occur, please report and seek medical attention in time;

2. Service librarians and property staff must wear masks in accordance with the requirements of epidemic prevention and control during work;

3. Librarians should reduce travel as much as possible, stay at home unless it is necessary in the near future, do not go to local high-risk areas, and do not participate in gatherings and gatherings in crowded places; if they must leave Nanjing, they must go through the leave system or the Lining reporting system to approve;

4. Librarians should strictly implement relevant epidemic prevention and control policies, and strengthen their understanding, publicity and interpretation of the latest epidemic policies and measures, so as to gain readers' understanding and jointly do a good job in epidemic prevention and control.

(2) Reader management

1. Readers take the initiative to scan the venue code to enter the library, cooperate with the management staff to check the health code, take the initiative to carry out temperature detection, and wear masks throughout the process.

2. Readers are strictly prohibited from gathering or gathering in the library. Please keep a distance of no less than 1 meter when handling business.

(3) Other personnel management

The principle of not entering the school unless it is necessary is implemented. If you really want to come to the library due to work needs, please go through the admission system for off-campus personnel for approval. Those who are approved to enter the school should strictly abide by the relevant management regulations of the campus, wear a mask, register to enter the library, and cooperate with the gate staff to check the two codes (health code and itinerary code) to measure the body temperature, and the relevant staff in the library will receive the admission.

(4) Cleaning and disinfection in the museum

1. The property strengthens the space disinfection work, disinfects all open areas three times a day (morning, noon and evening), and wipes and disinfects the tables and chairs in the museum. Readers are requested to understand and cooperate;

2. Equipped with necessary hand sanitizer or hand sanitizer in toilets, etc.;

3. Do a good job of opening windows for ventilation to ensure air circulation in all open areas;

4. Strengthen the sanitation and cleaning of the museum, ensure that the environmental sanitation in the museum is in good condition, remove and transport garbage in time, and do a good job of cleaning and disinfection of trash cans.

3. Strengthen emergency response

1. Once the staff finds that the readers who have entered the library have abnormal health codes, fever and other abnormal symptoms, they will be taken to the temporary isolation area at the east gate, and will be reported to the school's epidemic prevention duty room in time.

2. Librarians and their co-residents who have returned from medium and high-risk areas, have close contacts, have red and yellow codes, etc., should report to the library office as soon as possible.

4. Accountability

To strengthen bottom-line thinking and risk awareness, the epidemic prevention and control working group of the library (Ministry of Cultural Heritage) will further strengthen the overall coordination and supervision of prevention and control work, and conduct inspections on key links, important positions, and key places of epidemic prevention and control from time to time. Departments and individuals who have violated the epidemic prevention and control regulations such as false reports and concealed reports, and who have not fulfilled their responsibilities in the epidemic prevention and control work, will be severely held accountable in accordance with the "Library (Cultural Heritage Department) Epidemic Prevention and Control Violations Handling Measures" Accountable and resolutely deal with it.
