Self-service borrowing, self-service printing equipment provides barrier-free self-service 98 hours a day, 7 days a week. The librarians of the Reader Service Department also spontaneously set up a "Yue Reading and Worry-free Grocery Point" at the general information desk to store various black and red signature pens, pencil sharpeners, sticky notes and other items that are urgently needed when studying in the library, as well as masks, Band-aids, Emergency supplies such as tissues are provided to provide warm chime services for teachers and students who enter the library to study.
During the summer vacation of the Pukou branch, in addition to the normal opening of the social science reading room and the self-study reading room, the special collection reading room on the first floor was also opened, and the opening time of the whole library was advanced to 7:00. In order to meet the needs of readers, 2 sets of five air conditioners have been added in the special collection reading room to bring coolness to the students studying here in this hot summer. With the strong support and cooperation of all colleges and the joint efforts of the entire library, the archives organized its strengths seriously, mobilized librarians to give up their rest time to work overtime, and archived and organized graduates’materials in a timely and orderly manner. It took half a month of hard work to send the information of student files, carefully organize, carefully check, submit and mail, and completed the transfer of the first and second batch of student files in large quantities. In addition, the demand for expedited transfer of graduate files during the summer vacation this year has increased significantly. Under the circumstance that there are very few personnel and a huge workload, the files are expedited transfer 3 to 5 times a week to ensure that the employer can obtain the files in time without delaying the employment. From the graduation season in July to the summer vacation, the archives archived and organized 2,930 volumes of undergraduate files and 3,899 volumes of graduate students. Before the summer vacation, 2,623 graduate files were transferred at one time, and 532 during the summer vacation. During the summer vacation, a total of 155 people from employers were received for file political review. Through non-face-to-face and offline file search, more than 200 people were received for alumni to inquire about student status files, school units and notary offices to view faculty personnel files and comprehensive files. At present, the phased work of the 2022 graduate files has been successfully completed, which has ensured the implementation of graduate work units and scheduled employment, and has been highly praised by employers, graduates and parents for many times.
Guarantee the foundation and give full play to the role of culture in educating people
During the summer vacation, the China Agricultural Civilization Museum has set up a duty room and arranged for the assistant manager to arrive on time through the working model of the supervisor leading the shift and the assistant supervisor taking shifts.
