On the first day of work in the new semester on August 27, Nanjing Agricultural University President Chen Fadi, Vice President Yan Xianglin and others came to the library (Cultural Heritage Department) Weigang Campus to inspect and visit the library (Cultural Heritage Department) Director (Minister ) Guo Zhongxing, Party branch secretary Zhu Shigui, deputy curators (deputy ministers) Tang Huiyan, Kang Min, etc.

The school leaders first came to the construction site of the reconstruction of the academic lecture hall of the library, and learned about the current construction situation and progress in detail.

Afterwards, the school leaders checked the public reading area and some reading rooms.

During the visit, Guo Zhongxing briefly reported the new semester's work ideas and the opening of the summer. The school leaders gave guidance on the layout of the library's collections and the construction of the new campus library. During the summer vacation, the library (Department of Cultural Heritage) affirmed the various service measures made by the library (Department of Cultural Heritage) according to the needs of readers, expanding the open area and extending the service hours, etc., and expressed gratitude to the staff of the property for logistical support.
