In order to ensure the needs of teachers and students in teaching, research and reading learning, it has been decided by research that the library will not be closed during the summer vacation from July 9 to August 26 , 2022 . The specific opening arrangements are as follows:

2. Friendly reminder
1. The current epidemic situation is still severe and complicated. Please enter the library and teachers and students must strictly abide by the relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control. Readers entering the library should protect themselves and feel that they have symptoms such as fever and cough. Please do not enter the library.
2. Due to the needs of the maintenance and reconstruction of the library lecture hall , the east entrance and exit of the library will be closed from July 1st to September 20th , and the north entrance and exit of the library will be opened . On-campus readers, please swipe the code (face) to enter the library. Off-campus personnel who need to enter the library for visits and work will be registered and admitted to the library after being approved by the school's epidemic prevention and control office.
3. Weigang Library needs to borrow books other than the general library, the second lending room, and the third lending room, please contact the on-duty administrator of the general information desk; during summer vacation, the multimedia study room on the fifth floor of the south cancels seat reservations, and you can take a seat immediately .
4. For scientific and technological novelty checking and citation checking, please go through the online novelty checking website ( http://chaxin.njau.edu.cn ). For document delivery, please submit the application through the QQ group of each department .
5. The self-purchased book billing registration business, please handle it on July 18-22 and August 1-5 ( 9 : 00-11:00 , 15:00-17:00 ).
6. To inquire about student status files, please go through the " Student File Reservation System " on the archives website . For comprehensive archives and personnel archives inspection services, please go to the archives according to the archive inspection time announced on the archives website. In special circumstances, please call the staff or lead the class leader (Director Zhang: 13913000992 ).
7. During the summer vacation, the online book reservation and off-site entrusted borrowing services will be stopped; if the books borrowed by readers are returned before October 31 , no overdue processing will be done.
