Intellectual Property Information Service Center organizes training on drafting patent application documents in the agricultural field

In order to strengthen the awareness of intellectual property innovation and protection of teachers and students, and improve the quality of patents in our school, on April 25, the Intellectual Property Information Service Center of Nanjing Agricultural University organized online and offline intellectual property training activities in combination with the requirements of epidemic prevention and control. Qian Baoying, an intellectual property expert and senior patent agent of our school, gave a rich training course for the members of the center, intellectual property liaisons, and interested teachers and students with the title of "Writing Patent Application Documents in the Agricultural Field".

Starting from the basic information of patent documents, Qian Baoying gave teachers and students a preliminary understanding of patent documents and patent law. Then, Mr. Qian introduced the conditions of patent application and the writing skills of patent application documents to everyone with a large number of practical cases, and focused on the writing of invention patent application documents. In the report, the teachers interacted with Mr. Qian on the control of the application time of papers and patents, the judgment of creativity, and the answering skills of the substantive examination of patents.
