一、The theme and purpose of the competition
In order to thoroughly implement the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on intellectual property work, and in response to the spirit of the National Outline for Building a Powerful Intellectual Property Country ( 2021-2035 ) and the “ 14th Five-Year Plan for National Intellectual Property Protection and Utilization”, The province's " 14th Five-Year Plan for Intellectual Property Development" aims to promote the intellectual property public service system and cultural construction, and facilitate the integrated development of education and regional economy. The Jiangsu University Library and Information Work Committee organized the 2022 Jiangsu University Intellectual Property Creative Design Competition and the 2nd Jiangsu University Students Intellectual Property Skills Competition.
The competition aims to focus on the theme of Intellectual Property Day in 2022 - "Intellectual Property and Youth: Innovate and Build the Future", improve the awareness of intellectual property innovation and protection of teachers and students in colleges and universities in our province, strengthen the construction of intellectual property culture, and stimulate the innovation vitality of the whole society At the same time, it will boost the construction of the public service system of intellectual property rights in colleges and universities aided by our province, and promote the dissemination and promotion of intellectual property information in relevant colleges and universities.

五、work requirements
(1) The content and form of the work
The event consists of three categories of works: graphic image, product design, and digital media.
1. Flat image class
( 1 ) Forms: posters, illustrations, comics, cartoon images, emoticons, etc.
( 2 ) Format: JPEG electronic draft , 300dpi resolution, RGB mode, single picture size is A1 size vertical format ( 594mm × 840mm ), file size does not exceed 20M ; hand-painted works are scanned and uploaded.
2. Product design
( 1 ) Form: cultural and creative products, daily necessities, clothing accessories, etc.
( 2 ) Format: JPEG electronic draft , 300dpi resolution, RGB mode, single picture size is A1 size vertical format ( 594mm × 840mm ), file size does not exceed 20M ; hand-painted works are scanned and uploaded.
3. Digital media
( 1 ) Forms: micro-films, animations, small videos, etc.
( 2 ) Format: The duration of the work is set according to the format, the longest is no more than 10 minutes, unified in MP4 format, 1920*1080 horizontal screen size, the picture is coherent, the recording is clear, and the video size does not exceed 800M .
The same contestant can submit 1 piece of different expressions of different types (limited to no more than 3 pieces of works per person).
(2) Instructions for participation
1. The submitted work must be guaranteed to meet the requirements of relevant national laws and regulations, originality, and no plagiarism. If the submitted work is suspected of plagiarism, plagiarism and other non-original situations, the organizing committee has the right to cancel the qualification of the work to participate in the activities. Winning the award will cancel the award quota and award for the work.
2. All legal responsibilities involved in the submitted works, including but not limited to copyright, portrait rights, and reputation rights, shall be borne by the author himself. In addition, any disputes, claims, lawsuits or any other disputes arising from the submission of works that violate relevant laws or infringe the legitimate rights and interests of third parties shall be fully borne by the author himself.
3. For all submitted works, the organization (host, organizer, support, organization unit) has the right to use, including but not limited to publication, exhibition, publication, media reporting, network promotion, cultural and creative product development, and information network dissemination of this work. right.
4. All submitted works will not be returned. Authors are requested to keep the source files, so that the works need to be modified according to the requirements of the organizer after the award.
5. Anyone who submits works is deemed to agree and accept the rules of this event. The Organizing Committee reserves the right of final interpretation of this event.
6. Any submitted work may affect the authorization of the design patent once it is published.
六、Activity Process
(1) Registration of contestants

(2) Contestants' online submission
From April 20 , 2022 to August 31 , 2022 , contestants will submit their works through the official website of the event ( https://www.51sjsj.com/wmcgj ) . Fill in the relevant information of the works as required, and the works can be revised and resubmitted before the deadline for the collection.
(3) Evaluation of works
1. Preliminary online evaluation
From September 1 , 2022 to September 12 , 2022 , all works will be opened for viewing , and the competition organizing committee will conduct preliminary selection and conduct intellectual property related infringement searches. A total of 50 shortlisted works will be selected .
2. Popular works vote
From September 13 , 2022 to September 23 , 2022 , the JALIS public account will publish the voting tweets of the 50 shortlisted works, and the organization unit will conduct publicity, and each WeChat account will conduct public voting by means of 1 vote to select the best popularity. 5 works .
3. Final selection
From September 13 , 2022 to September 23 , 2022 , the promoted works will be reviewed by a panel of expert judges, and the final winning works will be selected. The winning results will be announced on the competition official website, WeChat, various library websites and other platforms.
4. On-site awards
From September 23 , 2022 to September 30 , 2022 , at the final award ceremony, the expert judges will comment on the winning works on the spot and issue awards (if there is no epidemic, the winning individuals and units can be invited to participate in the event on the spot).
