Make it a basic quality that contemporary college students should master.
April 26, 2022 is the 22nd World Intellectual Property Day. In order to enhance the intellectual property protection awareness of young students and form a proactive awareness of scientific and technological innovation, taking "World Intellectual Property Day" as an opportunity, combined with the theme of this year's World Intellectual Property Day "Intellectual Property and Youth: Innovating and Building the Future", Jiangsu Provincial College Library and Information Work Committee plans to hold the second Southeast University "Okai Cup" Jiangsu Provincial College Students Intellectual Property Knowledge and Skills Competition. The specific competitions are as follows:
一、Participants
Students from colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province and counterpart colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province
二、Time arrangement
1. Registration period: April 20, 2022 - May 15, 2022
2. Individual competition dates: May 23, 2022 - May 24, 2022
3. Announcement of the team competition list: May 25, 2022 - May 27, 2022
4. Pre-competition training for teams: further notice
5. Team competition date and award date: further notice
三、Activity form
1. Training: Before the individual competition, the Intellectual Property Information Service Center of Southeast University will provide online training on basic knowledge of intellectual property through Tencent Classroom, and the course can be played back.
2. Individual competition: On the individual competition day, the contestants will scan the QR code on their mobile phones (or click the link on the computer) to enter the Questionnaire Star platform to answer the questions. They will answer 40 questions within 30 minutes online, and the top 50 will be selected based on the total score and answering time. The top 15 players will enter the professional skill team competition, and the 16-50 players will receive the winning prize.
3. Team competition: (1) The 15 contestants who entered the team competition will be randomly divided into 5 groups, and experts from Nanjing Okay Intellectual Property Service Co., Ltd. will conduct patent search analysis and patent database usage training for the contestants. Within 5 working days after the training, each group of contestants will complete a search report on the subject as required. (2) On the day of the team competition, each group of contestants will report the final search report in the form of PPT, and the expert judges will score the first, second and third prizes on the spot. 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 2 third prizes.
