On the afternoon of March 30, the library (cultural heritage department) held a business exchange meeting on archives work in the conference room on the 7th floor of the library. Staff, Zhang Yong, deputy director of the Document Resource Construction and Technical Support Department, and other related personnel in the library's archives work attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Zhang Kun, Deputy Director (Deputy Minister) of the Library (Department of Cultural Heritage).

Zhu Shigui first communicated with everyone a report entitled "Thinking about the Construction of New School Archives". Focusing on the new situation and new goals faced by school archives work, she led everyone to earnestly study the "14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of National Archives Development" prepared by the State Archives Administration and issued by the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council in 2021. Aiming at the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity, a new blueprint for the development of archives in the 14th Five-Year Plan has been drawn. The "Planning" further clarifies the positioning of archives work: "Archives work is an important undertaking to maintain the true face of the party and the country's history and protect the fundamental interests of the people." Exchanged and studied the "seven new" goals and requirements put forward in the "Planning", in which the key explanations were made on "the defense line of archives security has been newly strengthened" and "the construction of archives informatization has reached a new level"; The new tasks put forward the normative requirements for the construction of the archives of our school's Jiangbei new campus and the goals and tasks for the development of school archives that are compatible with the construction of first-class universities. Zhu Shigui finally pointed out that facing the future, we have a long way to go and we still need to work together.

Afterwards, Zhang Kun led everyone to study the "Notice of the Jiangsu Provincial Archives Bureau on Carrying out Special Inspections on Archives Safety", requiring all departments and archives staff to carry out self-examination and self-correction in accordance with the spirit of the notice and the "eight preventions" requirements of archives work, and prevent fire prevention, Anti-theft, waterproof, explosion-proof and anti-leakage are the key points to carry out self-inspection to ensure the safety of our school files. Zhang Kun put forward specific requirements for the security inspection of archives.

Finally, everyone had business discussions on the relevant management regulations of school archives work and the addition of archive content to the WeChat public account service section, and reached a consensus on revision.
