According to the current situation of epidemic prevention and control and the school's "Notice on Strictly Doing a Good Job in School Epidemic Prevention and Control" (Epidemic Prevention Fa [ 2022 ] No. 3 ) and other spirits, we will earnestly protect the lives and health of teachers and students, and resolutely win In the battle against epidemic prevention and control, the library (Ministry of Cultural Heritage) will now strictly carry out the work related to the prevention and control of the new coronary pneumonia epidemic in the library (Ministry of Cultural Heritage) as follows:
一、Raise your position and awareness
Overcome paralyzed thinking and fluke mentality, and tighten the string of thoughts on strict prevention and control of the epidemic. All librarians and readers entering the library should enhance their awareness of epidemic prevention and control and health management.
二、Strengthening normalized prevention and control
(1) Librarian management
1. Librarians should monitor their health as required. If symptoms such as fever and cough occur, please report and seek medical attention in time;
2. Service librarians and property staff must wear masks in accordance with the requirements of epidemic prevention and control during work; the library implements east gate entry and north gate exit;
3. Librarians should reduce travel as much as possible, stay out of peace unless it is necessary in the near future, do not go to local medium and high-risk areas, and do not participate in gatherings and gatherings in crowded places; if they must leave Nanjing, they must go through the leave system for approval;
4. Librarians should strengthen their understanding, publicity, and interpretation of the latest control policies and measures, gain understanding from teachers and students, and jointly do a good job in epidemic prevention and control.
(2) Reader management
1. Readers entering the library should scan the code to enter the library, wear masks throughout the process, and actively cooperate with the staff to verify their identity; enter the east gate and exit the north gate;
2. Readers must take a one-way seat in the library reading room according to the regulations. The seat reservation system will be adjusted from March 18 to reduce the number of reserved seats by 50 % . Please take your seat according to the number and do not move your seat without permission. Readers are strictly forbidden to gather or gather in the library, and please keep a distance of not less than 1 meter when handling business.
(3) Other personnel management
The principle of not entering the school unless it is necessary is implemented. If you really want to come to the library due to work needs, please go through the admission system for off-campus personnel for approval. Those who are approved to enter the school should strictly abide by the relevant management regulations of the campus, wear a mask, register to enter the library, and cooperate with the gate staff to check the two codes (health code, itinerary code) to measure the temperature, and the relevant staff in the library will receive the admission.
(4) Cleaning and disinfection in the museum
1. The property strengthens space disinfection, disinfects all open areas twice a day , and wipes and disinfects tables and chairs in the museum;
2. Equipped with necessary hand sanitizer or hand sanitizer in toilets, etc.;
3. Do a good job of opening windows for ventilation to ensure air circulation in all open areas;
4. Strengthen the sanitation and cleaning in the museum, ensure that the environmental sanitation in the museum is in good condition, remove and transport garbage in time, and do a good job of cleaning and disinfection of trash cans.
三、Strengthen emergency response
1. Once the staff finds people with abnormal symptoms such as fever in the museum, they will take them to the temporary isolation center at the east gate, contact the unit where the staff is located, and disinfect the objects that the suspected person is in contact with, and report to the school's epidemic prevention duty room in time.
2. Librarians and their co-residents who have returned from medium and high-risk areas, have close contacts, have red and yellow codes, etc., should report to the library office as soon as possible.
四、Accountability
To strengthen bottom-line thinking and risk awareness, the library (cultural heritage department) epidemic prevention and control working group will further strengthen the overall coordination and supervision of prevention and control work, and conduct inspections on key links, important positions, and key places of epidemic prevention and control from time to time. Departments and individuals who have made false reports, concealed reports, or have not fulfilled their responsibilities in the epidemic prevention and control work will be severely held accountable. Violations of epidemic prevention and control regulations will be resolutely dealt with.
