The O2O business (Phase II) project of the regional circulation management system successfully passed the acceptance

On January 20 , 2022 , the JALIS Digital Library "Regional Circulation Management System O2O Business (Phase II)" project under the auspices of our library was officially approved by Yuan Jiabin, Director of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics Library, and Zhao Naixuan, Nanjing University of Technology Library. It was accepted by an expert group composed of Chang and Director of the Information Construction Center of Nanjing Agricultural University, Zha Guiting. The acceptance meeting was presided over by Yuan Jiabin, the leader of the expert group.

At the meeting, Zhang Yong, deputy director of the Document Resources Construction and Technical Support Department of our library, reported the overall implementation of the project to the expert group on behalf of the project team. Liu Wei, manager of Jiangsu Huiwen Software Co., Ltd., reported the overall construction process and system operation process of the project on behalf of the construction direction expert group.

After listening to the report, the acceptance expert group asked the project team about the specific operating environment of the system, the setting of business parameters, the connection of readers and bibliographic data, and the improvement of the system in the later period. The project team members responded one by one.

After discussion, the acceptance expert group agreed that the research idea ofthis project is clear and can meet the project needs of the construction unit. The system functions are consistent with the requirements of the bidding technical documents, and the expected goals at the time of project establishment have been achieved. Agree that this project has passed the acceptance.
