The Library (Ministry of Cultural Heritage) held the 2021 annual work summary and evaluation conference

On the afternoon of January 10, the library (Department of Cultural Heritage) held a library-wide meeting to comprehensively summarize the work in 2021 and conduct a comprehensive evaluation. The leadership team of the library (Cultural Heritage Department) and all the librarians attended the meeting, and eight employees from other units including the Party Office were invited to attend the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Zhu Shigui, secretary of the Party branch.

Zhu Shigui first put forward general requirements for the summary work in 2021 according to the spirit of the relevant documents. She pointed out that 2021 is the first year of integration of the library (the Department of Cultural Heritage), and today is both a work summary and an opportunity for work exchange. At the meeting, five library leaders made personal reports from five aspects: morality, ability, diligence, performance, and integrity. Then, Mr. Bi Pengyu from the Organization Department explained the evaluation situation and requirements of department-level leading cadres. Eight employees made a comprehensive evaluation of the members of the library leadership team as required.

Then, the directors (supervisors) of 11 departments, including the Reader Service Department, the Agricultural Heritage Department, and the Chinese Museum of Agricultural Civilization, on the Pukou campus made a summary report on behalf of the department through PPT. Everyone comprehensively summarized the work of the headquarters in 2021 and made plans for the future from the aspects of work completion, major highlights, and work plans for the next year. Finally, all the librarians conducted a comprehensive evaluation.

It is reported that before January 10, the library (the Ministry of Cultural Heritage) was divided into 4 groups with the party branch as the unit, and carried out the 2021 work summary of the general librarians. The leaders of the museum attended the four branches to participate in the personal annual work report, and commented on everyone's work report. At the same time, they also put forward new requirements for the work in 2022 according to the business characteristics of the functional departments under the branch.
