Intellectual Property Information Service Center organizes exchanges between enterprises and agricultural experts

On the afternoon of November 5th, the Intellectual Property Information Service Center of Nanjing Agricultural University organized the leaders of Nanjing Golden Manor Agricultural Products Co., Ltd. to communicate with agricultural experts of our school. The meeting was hosted by Tang Huiyan, Director of the Intellectual Property Information Service Center and Deputy Librarian of the Library. Golden Manor is the first agricultural enterprise to provide intellectual property information services in the center. Xu Zhigang, professor of the School of Agriculture of our school, Pan Leiqing, professor of the School of Food Science, and Song Changnian, lecturer of the School of Horticulture, and personnel from the center attended the meeting.

Professor Pan Leiqing from the School of Food and Food introduced the "Research on the Evaluation Method of Strawberry Quality Grade Based on Near Infrared Spectroscopy"; Song Changnian, a lecturer from the School of Horticulture, introduced the techniques of double-layer three-dimensional cultivation of grapes, variety identification and rapid detection of plant viruses. In response to the three urgent problems raised by Golden Manor: environmental control system to extend the growth cycle of strawberries, high-quality seedling expansion technology and labor-saving cultivation technology, Professor Xu Zhigang from the College of Agriculture gave solutions one by one.

At the end of the conference, Professor Xu Zhigang led everyone to visit the artificial climate room of our school, focusing on the rice supplement light system and plant phenomics research room.

It is reported that the center established a team of intellectual property information service liaison officers this year. The team covers ten colleges of science, engineering, agriculture, and economics of our school. Professor Xu Zhigang is the service consulting expert hired by the center, and Professor Pan Leiqing and Teacher Song Changnian are the first Batch discipline liaison officer. Professor Pan and Teacher Song learned of the exchange meeting information through the WeChat group of the subject liaison team, and took the initiative to contact the center to sign up for this event!
