At 2 pm on October 27th, the ceremony of Professor Qiang Sheng’s donation of traditional farm tools to the Chinese Agricultural Civilization Museum was held in the adjacent exhibition hall on the first floor of the Agricultural Museum. Professor Qiang Sheng from the School of Life Sciences, Nanjing Agricultural University attended the donation ceremony. Vice President and Director of Chinese Agricultural Civilization Museum Dong Weichun, Library (Cultural Heritage Department) Director (Minister) Ni Feng, Agricultural Museum Affairs Director Li Li, and some teachers and students of the School of Food and Humanities attended the donation ceremony. Lu Yong, executive deputy director of the Chinese Agricultural Civilization Museum, presided over the ceremony.
Lu Yong introduced the leaders and guests who participated in the event, and thanked Professor Qiang Sheng for his support and trust for the Agricultural Museum.
In his speech, Ni Feng briefly introduced the development history and basic situation of the Agricultural Museum, and explained the daily management and operation of the museum as well as the collection, storage, exhibition and maintenance of exhibits. Emphasizes the use of the teaching resources of the Agricultural Museum to provide students with a better learning environment and practical opportunities.
Later, Dong Weichun expressed his gratitude to Professor Qiang Sheng and issued a certificate of donation to take a photo to commemorate.
Qiang Sheng introduced the process of collecting traditional farm tools, and taught students to be good at observation and discovery from their own teaching and scientific research experience, and learning is at their side.
Dong Weichun affirmed the staged achievements of the work of the Agricultural Museum, and emphasized that the Agricultural Museum should further play its role as a platform for educating people and actively serve daily teaching and popular science activities. At the same time, he hopes that the donation of Professor Qiangsheng should be used as an opportunity. Encourage more teachers and students to participate in order to further strengthen the collection and the improvement of supporting facilities.

With this donation, Professor Qiang Sheng has donated 12 traditional agricultural tools in Anhui to the Chinese Agricultural Civilization Museum, which will be used for the research and development of the Agricultural Museum.
