From October 20th to 21st, the 2021 Jiangsu Provincial Intellectual Property Information Public Service Capability Improvement Training Course hosted by the Jiangsu Provincial Intellectual Property Office and co-organized by Nanjing Agricultural University was held in Nanjing. It is reported that this is the first training course on the theme of intellectual property public services in our province, and it is also a positive response to the "Intellectual Property Public Service Capability Improvement Project" of the State Intellectual Property Office.

This training course closely focuses on the requirements of General Secretary Xi Jinping to "open up the entire chain of intellectual property creation, protection, use, management, and service" and "build a public service system for intellectual property rights that is convenient for the people". The purpose is to strengthen the national intellectual property information of colleges and universities. The service center, technology and innovation support center (TISC) and other intellectual property information public service networks will be established to realize the interconnection and intercommunication of intellectual property information public services at the national, provincial, and municipal levels, and create a public service system for intellectual property rights that is convenient for the people and the people. The training course system has set up the "Guidelines for Building a Powerful Country with Intellectual Property (2021-2035)", "Interpretation of the "14th Five-Year" Intellectual Property Development Plan of Jiangsu Province", interpretation of policies for the construction of intellectual property information public service system, patent documentation service practices, and provincial knowledge Introduction of the property rights big data center and the intellectual property public service platform, the promotion of a new generation of patent search and analysis systems, the transfer and transformation of intellectual property information support technology, the university’s national intellectual property information service center, TISC and the provincial intellectual property information public service network case sharing and exchange , Introduction to the Intellectual Property Public Service Capability Improvement Project and other topics. As an expert representative of the National Intellectual Property Information Service Center of the university, the deputy director of our library Tang Huiyan gave a report entitled "Actively Serving Rural Revitalization and Enhancing Intellectual Property Information Service Capabilities".
