On the afternoon of October 19, a group of 5 people including Feng Yanping, Director of the Reader Circulation and Reading Department of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Yan Shiwei, Director of the Digitization and Reading Promotion Department, came to our library for research and exchange. Tong Yunjuan, director of the reader service department, Zhang Yong, deputy director of the resource construction-level technical support department, and teacher Hou Meili from the general information desk participated in the exchange.

Tong Yunjuan first welcomed the colleagues in the library of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Then Meili Hou gave a detailed introduction to readers' submissions and management from the perspective of user experience. Zhang Yong introduced the various interfaces and functions of the thesis management system in detail from the technical level. The colleagues of Nanyou University listened carefully to the introduction, asked questions, and the teachers of our library answered them one by one.

After the meeting, the teachers from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications visited the paper-based dissertation library and secret paper depository, academician hall, first and second borrowing rooms, and discussed specific details on journal binding and reader service management mode.
