The library (the Ministry of Cultural Heritage) and the Information Construction Center carry out work exchanges

On the morning of October 7th, a group of 4 people including the Director (Minister) Ni Feng of the Library (Cultural Heritage Department) and Tang Huiyan, the Deputy Director (Deputy Minister) went to the Information Construction Center to carry out work exchanges. Director Zha Guiting, Deputy Director Zhou Liugen and related staff of the Information Construction Center attended the exchange meeting, which was presided over by Zha Guiting.

At the meeting, Ni Feng introduced the status quo of the informatization work of the library (the Ministry of Cultural Heritage), especially the opportunities and challenges faced by the library (the Ministry of Cultural Heritage) in the context of the time when the new campus is about to open. Subsequently, the two parties conducted in-depth discussions on issues that urgently need to be resolved in the process of library intelligent transformation, such as network condition improvement, access control equipment upgrade, data resource storage, management, and business process reconstruction and optimization. Ni Feng said that the library (the Ministry of Cultural Heritage) will efficiently use the basic capabilities of the information construction center's process platform, collaborative office system, and electronic signature services to promote the digital transformation of the library (the Ministry of Cultural Heritage).

This meeting strengthened the exchanges between the two departments and reached a certain consensus. The two parties stated that they will carry out various activities such as business and party building in the follow-up, strengthen the links between departments, and work together to actively promote the construction of the school's wisdom in southern agriculture.
