On September 18th, the library (cultural heritage department) held a director (supervisor) project report exchange meeting. All library leaders and the directors and deputy directors (supervisors) of the department attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Ni Feng, Director (Minister) of the Library (Ministry of Cultural Heritage).

At the meeting, the directors (supervisors) of each department respectively summarized the implementation of 15 projects in the last semester through PPT, and reported on 16 projects in this semester. The leaders of the museum commented one by one on the summary and application projects.

Ni Feng praised and affirmed the implementation effect of the director (supervisor) project last semester. He believes that the project not only advances the work, but also promotes mutual cooperation between departments. He hopes to use new projects as a starting point to continuously improve the director (supervisor) of the department. The planning and organization ability, summarizing and propaganda ability, accumulating experience and enhancing confidence.

After the meeting, Zhang Yong, deputy director of the Literature Resources Construction and Technical Support Department, introduced the paper book management method and the preliminary idea ofbuilding a smart library in the new campus.
