Undergraduate leaving school

1. The loan will be suspended from June 10th. Readers can enter the library to read, but cannot borrow;

2. Please return the books to the general desk on the second floor of the Weigang General Library and the general service desk on the first floor of the Pukou branch library and pay the arrears;

3. The current borrowing, arrears, violations and document status can be inquired through the school-leaving system of the information center (data synchronization takes two hours).

Graduate students leave school

1. Submit the electronic version of the paper through the paper submission system (https://paper.njau.edu.cn), and the confidential papers must be submitted with a photo of the confidential approval form (jpg format);

2. After the electronic version of the paper has passed the review, go to the general desk on the second floor of the Weigang General Hall and the general service desk on the first floor of the Pukou branch to submit the hardcover printed paper (or the paper receipt of the Wen Printing Agency) and the paper secret approval form (non-involving Confidential papers do not need to be submitted) and go through the school leaving formalities;

3. The current borrowing, arrears, violations, electronic paper submission and certificate status can be inquired through the school-leaving system of the information center (data synchronization takes two hours);

4. Once the borrowing authority is cancelled, you cannot enter the museum through the access control scan code (swiping card). If you need to enter the museum, please cooperate with the gatekeeper to register.
