On the morning of June 4th, the library (the Ministry of Cultural Heritage) held an acceptance meeting for the "Nanjing Agricultural University Archives Management Service Information System (Phase I) Procurement Project" in the A705 meeting room. The members of the acceptance expert group are Li Guangdu, deputy research librarian of the Archives of Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Professor Xu Huanliang, Dean of the School of Artificial Intelligence of Nanjing Agricultural University, Research Librarian Cha Guiting, Director of the Information Construction Center of Nanjing Agricultural University, and the leader of the expert group is Xu Huanliang As a professor. The meeting was presided over by Professor Zhu Shigui, Secretary of the Party Branch of the Library (Cultural Heritage Department).

First, Zhu Shigui introduced the relevant background of the project construction to the experts on behalf of the project team; then, the project contact Gao Jun reported on the completion of the project implementation and later work planning; then, the project contractor Nanjing Xuan Software Development Co., Ltd. reported on the system development and construction Circumstances, and demonstrated the functions of each business system sub-module. At the meeting, the expert group listened carefully to the summary report of the project team and the contractor, and reviewed relevant materials. After discussion, the expert group agreed that the project has completed the tasks stipulated in the contract and achieved the expected goals, and agreed to pass the acceptance.
Finally, Zhu Shigui made a concluding speech on behalf of the construction unit. She said that after the file management service information system (phase one) is put into use, it is still necessary to actively respond to the construction of campus informatization and plan the construction of the second phase on the basis of the first phase. With this acceptance as a new starting point, we will continue to work hard to promote the informatization of archives, maximize the actual use of the archive management service information system, and better realize the sharing and utilization of archive resources and serve the various undertakings of the school.
