In order to strengthen cooperation with domestic science and technology literature information institutions, university libraries, public libraries, industry and local science and technology literature information service agencies, optimize resource input, and enhance the guarantee and service capabilities of digital information resources in my country, the National Science and Technology Library (NSTL) ), the Management Center of Higher Education Document Security System (CALIS), and the editorial department of "Digital Library Forum" will jointly start soliciting papers. The notice regarding the solicitation of papers is as follows:

二、Essay requirements
1. The paper must be an unpublished original research result or a summary of practice, emphasizing originality and novelty, about 6000 words are appropriate.
2. Please do not involve politically sensitive topics and confidential content in the paper. Ensure the authenticity and objectivity of the content of the paper. You are responsible for your own papers. Please keep your own manuscripts.
3. The problem of the thesis research is clear, the point of view is clear, the argument is sufficient and supported by actual materials (such as statistical data, facts, research findings of oneself or others, observation records accumulated during work, etc.), and empirical research is advocated.
4. The structure of the article is reasonable, the elements are complete, the writing is refined, and the format is standardized, please refer to the submission requirements of "Shuyu Library Forum".
5. The manuscript should be edited in Word, and the contact person, telephone number, mailing address and Email should be indicated.
6. Deadline for paper submission: July 31, 2021.

五、essay selection
1. Experts are invited to conduct strict review of the papers solicited, and the review results are expected to be announced on the conference website in mid to late August.
2. Outstanding papers will arrange a brief report of the conference and recommend them to relevant journals for publication.
