The Dragon Boat Festival is approaching, which coincides with the 100th anniversary of the Communist Party of China. On May 29th, Nanjing Agricultural University held the "Celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the Party" faculty and staff dragon boat race on the beautiful Xuanwu Lake. After hard work, the library (Cultural Heritage Department) team won the third place with a good score of 2 minutes and 09 seconds.
This competition is sponsored by the school union and undertaken by the library (cultural heritage department) union. A total of 18 departmental trade unions from all colleges and units of the school formed teams to participate. Before the competition, the library (Cultural Heritage Department) labor union fully cooperated with the school labor union in planning activities, organizing liaison, and logistical support, actively communicating, serving attentively, and doing a good job of signing in, organizing, and shooting publicity at the event to fully guarantee the competition. Successfully held. Zhu Shigui, secretary of the Party branch of the library (cultural heritage department), and Yu Linyuan, chairman of the school labor union, visited the site to direct the organization of the dragon boat race.
This year’s dragon boat race uses the national standard-level dragon boat. Each team has 15 players, including 6 female players. The competition is set to be a 500-meter straight race. Before the game, the professional coaches of the dragon boat sports base conducted a unified technical training. Everyone carefully studied the technical movements, carefully understood the team spirit, and quickly mastered the skills and essentials of dragon boating.
"The shadows flew thousands of swords, the drums smashed through the waves and thunder." With the start of the game, the thunderous drums and neat slogans sounded together, and the ready-to-go team members worked hard to draw Oars, split waves and cut the waves, you chase me for each dragon boat, and move forward at full speed. The cheerleaders on the shore waved the colorful flags, and the cheering came one after another. On the shore of the lake, each other reflected each other, a joyful atmosphere filled with joy.
After fierce competition, the Sports Department, Agricultural College, Library (Cultural Heritage Department), Logistics Department, Grass Industry College, Science College, School Organization, and Horticultural College won the top eight places in the Dragon Boat Race.
The wonderful dragon boat race ended successfully. In the competition, the members of the library (cultural heritage department) representative team were brave enough to work together and strive for the first place, fully demonstrating the positive and tenacious spirit of librarians in the new era.
"Striving to the limit of life and creating a brilliant career", the end is also a new starting point.
