Notice on holding the 2020-2021 Jiangsu Provincial Library Association Academic Annual Conference Papers and Business Case Collection

In order to further strengthen the research on the theoretical methods and career practice of library science and information science, strengthen the academic atmosphere, exchange academic ideas, and promote the high-quality development of library and information undertakings and discipline construction in the new era, the Jiangsu Provincial Library Association has decided to continue to hold the event in October this year. The biennial academic conference. We are now soliciting academic papers and business cases for members of the province. We hope that the library staff of the province will actively join the members of the Provincial Library Association and participate in various academic activities of the society. The relevant matters are notified as follows:
1. Call for topics
The theme of this solicitation is "Integration and Innovation: High-quality Development of Library Career and Disciplinary Construction". There are 15 themes for the solicitation of papers and 9 themes for the solicitation of cases.

Four, work requirements
(1) Essay requirements
1. The paper must be closely related to the theme of this conference, and must have not been published or participated in other academic conferences; it must be academic and forward-looking; prominent themes, clear arguments, accurate data, and rigorous structure; academic misconduct is strictly prohibited.
2. The submission of manuscripts is limited to word format files. The content is mainly text, and charts can be inserted appropriately; pictures, PPT and files with their screenshots as the main content are not accepted.
3. Please refer to "New Century Library" for the writing format of thesis (see: http://newcentury.jslib.org.cn for details).
4. Each participant is limited to one paper (single author or first author), and no more than 3 co-authors.
5. At the end of the article, please indicate the author's information (name, unit, job position, position, title, telephone, e-mail, mailing address and zip code).
6. The number of words is controlled at around 5000 words.
(2) Case requirements
1. The reported case must be derived from the innovative project in the work of the library (or partner institution), should be fully implemented and run and achieve positive results, the content is true and reliable, and it has the role of leading, guiding and demonstrating, which is important to other libraries Reference meaning.
2. The writing should reflect the development background, main content, characteristic analysis, innovation, effectiveness and evaluation. The text is required to be refined, the main points are clear, and charts can be inserted appropriately.
3. Self-made questions, the number of words is controlled at about 3000 words.
4. The applicant must ensure that the work is original and does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. If the work has intellectual property rights or copyright disputes, the organizer will cancel its qualification to participate, and the reporting organization or individual shall be responsible for the consequences.
5. Each participant is limited to one case.

Six, academic research and discussion
1. In order to strengthen the construction of academic atmosphere, the manuscript will be tested for academic misconduct, and the results of the copy ratio test will be used as the reference basis for research and discussion.
2. Form an expert committee to discuss the manuscript, select the first, second, and third prizes, and issue certificates to the winners of the papers and cases.
3. Award-winning papers will be published in "New Century Library".
4. Award-winning authors will have the opportunity to be invited to participate in the academic exchange activities of the Jiangsu Provincial Library Association.
5. The Provincial Society will set up and issue the "Article Solicitation Organization Award" as appropriate based on the quantity and quality of each organization's organization.
