On May 7th, the wind was beautiful and sunny. The library (the Ministry of Cultural Heritage) organized retirees to go to Wuxiang Mountain in Lishui and Nanjing Rose Garden to carry out outing activities to experience the new changes in the construction of the beautiful countryside. The party secretary Zhu Shigui led the team. Forty-five veteran comrades participated in the activity, and relevant in-service librarians accompanied the team to do related service work.
Wuxiang Mountain is lush with trees, lakes and mountains, and the environment is elegant and pleasant. According to legend, Han Xizai was talented and knowledgeable in five generations and ten countries, but he was unsure politically, so he was deeply attached to the landscape. One time I went to Lishui and saw a beautiful mountain scenery in Honglanbu. I set up a platform in the mountain and lived in seclusion to study. Reminiscent of Buddhism's "non-self thought", the mountain was renamed "Wuxiang Mountain". On the mountainside, there is a clear water named "Tianchi", the water quality remains natural, clear and quiet. The old comrades first strolled along the Rainbow Highway in the Panshan Mountains, and then took a tour around the "Tianchi", feeling the fresh air of the natural forest and the joy of meeting old friends again.
Later, the old comrades visited the Nanjing Rose Garden in Shiqiu Town, Lishui District. The Rose Garden is operated by Nanjing Huashifu Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., which integrates rose planting, research and development and sales of rose series products, tourism and leisure. A comprehensive modern agricultural park integrating science education and farming experience. More than 800 kinds of roses are blooming in the garden. The various colors and flower types of roses and roses are vying for beauty, which quickly won everyone's favor. Some of the old comrades strolled through the beautiful flower tracks, some walked into the three-dimensional flower border, some lingered in the rose maze, and some stopped frequently on the road of happiness and romance, taking pictures with their mobile phones and cameras.
During the lunch break, the founder of Rose Garden, Mr. Yan Jiafu, gave a comprehensive introduction to Rose Garden and shared his gratitude for the party’s policy of enriching the people and the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy using his own entrepreneurial experience. This outing is the second veteran comrade activity after the reorganization of the library (the Ministry of Cultural Heritage). Everyone met new friends amidst laughter, enjoyed the joy of gathering, promoted physical and mental health, and felt organized. Warmth and care for the veteran comrades; at the same time, I also like to see the revitalization of the beautiful countryside in the practice of sightseeing, and feel the rapid economic and cultural development in the new era. I really feel that only under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, our country can It will fully accomplish the goal of poverty alleviation and realize the grand aspiration of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
