On the afternoon of April 14, the operation training of the new file management system was organized in the library A610. The Secretary of the Party Branch of the Library (Cultural Heritage Department) Zhu Shigui , the deputy director (deputy minister) Zhang Kun, all the staff of the archives and the personnel of the technical support department participated in the training. In this training, an engineer from the system developer Nanjing Xuan En Software Development Co., Ltd. conducted on-site teaching of system operation.

The focus of this training is the archiving operations of part-time archivists and the review operations of archival staff. Through the training, archivists are familiar with the archiving and review process of the new system, and some archivists have been taught systematic practical operation on site. .

In the course of this training, everyone also had a lively discussion on the archiving work, put forward relevant schemes of file number rules and archiving data standards in line with the actual situation, and put forward some opinions and suggestions on the new system.

This training is an important link before the new system is officially put into use. It also prepares for the school's 2020 file filing and part-time archivist training.
