In order to improve the basic knowledge of intellectual property rights of college students in Nanjing, master the use of intellectual property databases, and improve the ability of patent search and analysis, on the occasion of the 21st "World Intellectual Property Day", the Committee of Library and Information Work of Jiangsu Province and Southeast University The library will jointly hold the "First "Okay Cup" Intellectual Property Knowledge and Skills Competition for College Students in Nanjing". The specific events are as follows:

Schedule

1. Registration time : April 6, 2021-April 18, 2021

2. Preliminary date : April 26, 2021

3. Announce the final list : April 27, 2021-April 30, 2021

4. Training before the final : the time will be notified separately

Activity form

①Training:

Before the game, the Intellectual Property Information Service Center of Southeast University will provide online training on the basic knowledge of intellectual property through Tencent Classroom, and the course can be replayed.

②Preliminary:

On the preliminary day, contestants scan the QR code with their mobile phones (or click on the link on the computer) to enter the questionnaire star platform to answer the questions. 40 questions are answered online within 30 minutes. The top 35 contestants are selected based on the total score and the answer time, and the top 15 Those who enter the professional skill team finals, 16-35 will receive participation awards.

③Finals:

(1) The 15 contestants who entered the finals were randomly divided into 5 groups. Experts from Nanjing Okay Intellectual Property Service Co., Ltd. carried out offline patent search topic analysis and patent database usage training for the contestants. Within 5 working days after the completion of the training, each group of contestants will complete a search report on the subject according to the requirements.

(2) On the day of the finals, each group of contestants will report the search report of the fixed title in the form of PPT, which will be scored by expert judges on the spot to determine the first, second and third prizes. 1 group for the first prize, 2 groups for the second prize, and 2 groups for the third prize.
