On March 15, 2021 , the third incoPat campus classic-incoPat new technology search contest "Future IP Experts" college classic registration formally launched the entire network.

incoPat strives to provide a platform for college teachers and students to practice by competition. In 2019 and 2020, two national college search competitions have been successfully held. Based on the experience of the competition, we continue to optimize. This year we will continue to organize the third university search competition with hundreds of high-quality universities across the country to provide college teachers and students with practical opportunities to participate in scientific and technological innovation and invention, and to efficiently search and retrieve patent literature information, and accumulate patent Document retrieval experience, as a skill reserve for future scientific and technological innovation.

The competition is divided into four stages: registration, preliminary competition (you can continue to register and participate in the competition at this stage), finals, and "popularity king" live competition .

Players who register during the registration stage of the competition from March 15th to April 18th can participate in the 8 live online training sessions provided by the organizer after registration (the training time is scheduled for March 15th to April 7th, the specific See the schedule for subsequent events). The live training course is designed to help players quickly get started with the retrieval tools they need to use in the game, and provide reliable guarantees for quick and accurate answers during the game. 8 training courses support review, which is convenient for players who sign up later to learn and those who enter the finals to prepare for the finals.

The preliminary round is scheduled for April 6th to April 18th . Players can choose to answer questions at any time during this stage. Contestants who answer 4 questions or more correctly (a total of 8 questions in the preliminary round) will advance directly to the final. All finalists will answer the questions at 8:00-9:00 on the evening of April 21 and compete for the national championship, the top ten national teams and the 50 outstanding awards . All competitions will use online answering methods, and strive to provide teachers and students with a more convenient way to participate.

The top 50 contestants in the finals can participate in the "Popular King" live broadcast competition on April 24, 7:30-8:30 . Compete for the final popularity award through speech, interaction, knowledge sharing and other links.

四、Competition system arrangement (all are online activities)

1. Registration stage: March 15th-April 18th

Contestants register through the Patent King Mini Program and can participate in 8 live broadcast training provided by the organizer.

2. Preliminary (you can answer the questions directly after registration): April 6th-April 18th

There are 8 questions randomly out of the question bank, and the contestants must answer all of them. The contestants who answer 4 questions or more correctly will advance to the finals.

3. Final: Wednesday, April 21, 20:00-21:00

The final 20 questions, the total time is 60 minutes.

4. "Popular King" live broadcast game: Saturday, April 24, 19:30-20:30

The top 50 players participated in the live show contest, and PK competed for the popular king award.
