Library going to Dongtai to carry out docking and exchange of science and Technology Information Service

On December 29, 2020, secretary Zhu Shigui, director Ni Feng, Jiangsu Science and Technology Information Institute and other experts from Nanjing Agricultural University Library (Cultural Heritage Department) went to Dongtai to carry out docking and exchange of science and technology information services. Deng Shuo, vice mayor of Dongtai municipal government, attended the docking meeting, and 20 science and technology enterprises of Dongtai were invited to attend the meeting.

The meeting was presided over by Miao bin, Secretary for science and technology. At the meeting, vice mayor Deng Shuo introduced the general situation of Dongtai City and the development of science and technology to the guests, counted the cooperation between Nanjing Agricultural University and Dongtai in detail, and welcomed the university to provide science and technology information services in Dongtai.

Zhu Shigui, Secretary of Nanjing University of science and technology, expressed his willingness to actively promote the economic development of Nanjing University of science and technology. At the meeting, the library of Nanjing Agricultural University and the science and Technology Bureau of Dongtai City held a signing ceremony to jointly build Dongtai workstation for scientific and technological literature and intellectual property information services.

Document cards were issued to enterprises on site and special training was conducted. According to the agreement, the library of Nanjing Agricultural University provides 100 document service cards for local enterprises, with a total of 50000 yuan document resource fee, so as to meet the needs of local enterprises in obtaining scientific and technological information. At the meeting, deputy director Hu Yitao gave a special training on the use of Jiangsu engineering literature center platform, and said that the Bureau of science and technology will track and manage the use of follow-up enterprises, encourage enterprises to track the latest scientific and technological information, and promote high-quality connotative development.
