In the afternoon of December 25, the systematic training exchange meeting of engineering Literature Center was held in the Provincial Institute of Science and Technology Information sponsored by Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Resources Planning Service Center. The representative of literature transfer librarians of our library attended the training exchange meeting.

The meeting by the provincial science and technology information institute science and technology document development service center Director Yin Ming presided over. At the meeting, Zhou Xiaoming, deputy director of the Provincial Science and Technology Information Research Institute, and Sun Xinglian, deputy director of the Provincial Science and technology Resources Planning service Center, successively made important speeches. Engineer Fan Chuang and vice director Wang Fei of the Provincial Institute of Science and Technology Information reported on the use and future development of the engineering center platform. Professor Zheng Jianming from the School of Information Management, Nanjing University made a report entitled "The function of information consultation in smart Library".

In the exchange and discussion section, Zhang Yong, deputy director of the literature resources construction and technical support Department, introduced the work and experience of our library as the founding unit of the Engineering Literature Center in literature delivery, reader training, business promotion and other services. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the practical application of the platform.

Through this training exchange, we have a more systematic and comprehensive understanding of the platform of engineering technology literature information Center, understand the current situation of science and technology literature delivery service in our province and the progress of other universities in this work, and inspire us to think about how to better carry out literature service in the future work.
