Notice about suspending ACS database access

Due to the reduction of the annual construction cost of literature resources of the University, after full investigation and discussion by the leading group of literature resources of the library, the access right of ACS database in 2021 has to be suspended, starting from January 1, 2021. Whether to renew later depends on the annual construction funds of literature resources.
