The compilation of the civil code makes the right of personality a separate part, which reflects the importance of human rights and the dignity of human rights. To this end, Zhang Mingqi, leader of the leading group of the civil code compilation project of China law society, said with pride that in most countries in the world, only our country has compiled personality rights separately. The development of society and the progress of civilization are always preceded by law. The promulgation of Chinese civil code marks the new era of rule of law in China.
