On October 24th, Zhang Kun, deputy secretary of the Party branch and deputy director (deputy minister) of the Library (Cultural Heritage Department), went to Dongtai City, Yancheng to visit and condole our school to participate in the thirteenth batch of Jiangsu Province. Comrade Hu Yitao, a member of the Dongtai Group of the Science and Technology Mayor’s Group, expressed his cordial greetings and best wishes to him. Wang Xiaofeng, the deputy mayor of Dongtai City, met with Zhang Kun and his entourage. The leaders of the Dongtai Science and Technology Bureau reported on Hu Yitao's suspension and fully affirmed the achievements of Hu Yitao's suspension work. Zhang Kun thanked the leaders of Dongtai City for their guidance and assistance to Hu Yitao’s temporary work, and hoped that they would continue to care, support and help Hu Yitao’s temporary work. At the same time, he hoped that Comrade Hu Yitao could consult with an open mind, work actively, go deep into the grassroots level, and rely on the school’s resource advantages. Dongtai City's agricultural science and technology innovation and development provide suggestions, contribute to the revitalization of Dongtai City's rural areas, and win glory for our school.

Zhang Kun also participated in the Dongtai Science and Technology Mayor's Group Innovation and Development Conference, and represented the school in tailoring the release ceremony for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of universities behind the township. Guo Zhongxing, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Public Administration and the head of the Dongtai Group of the Fourth Group of Science and Technology Town Chiefs of Jiangsu Province, and He Xu, Section Chief of the Party Committee Organization Department of the school, visited and condoned Comrade Hu Yitao and participated in the innovation and development conference of the Dongtai Science and Technology Town Chiefs.
