On the afternoon of October 16, the First Party Branch of the Library (Cultural Heritage Department) organized party members and all staff of the Reader Service Department to visit the school history museum and the Chinese Agricultural Civilization Museum.

When visiting the school history museum, Zhang Kun, deputy secretary of the Party branch, pointed out that as Nannong people, only by having a deep understanding of Nannong's history can we better love our school and dedicate ourselves to building a world-class agricultural university in Nannong.

Li Bing, director of school history affairs affairs, was responsible for the explanation. Everyone deeply felt the profound historical accumulation and vicissitudes of running the school over the past 110 years, and deeply understood the spirit of "sincerity, diligence and benevolence" that Nannong people have always upheld and promoted. The various achievements and honors that Nannong has made today are the result of the continuous efforts and struggles of generations of Nannong people.

The Chinese Agricultural Civilization Museum of our school is the first special museum in China that systematically collects, researches and displays Chinese agricultural history and culture. The treasure of the town hall of the museum has a set of 8 copies of the Ming Jiajing block-printed version of Qi Min Yao Shu, which has a history of 480 years. This is the earliest and most complete agricultural book in my country. "The country is based on agriculture, and the people are based on food." The essence of the development of the four civilizations is the development of farming culture. Under the explanation of the museum instructor, everyone has a better understanding of the origin, development and current situation of agriculture in my country.

By visiting the school history museum and the agricultural museum, we understand the history of the school, but also feel the responsibility of being a farmer in the south. While understanding the development of agriculture, we deeply understand the impact of farming culture on the development of our school. The party members and teachers are determined to contribute to the current and future construction and development of the school and contribute their own strength.
