On September 24, the exchange seminar organized by the State Intellectual Property Office of The People's Republic of China was held in Jinan. Excellent cases of intellectual property service were released and the second batch of intellectual property Information Service Centers were awarded. Tang Huiyan, deputy director (Vice Minister) of the Cultural Heritage Department of our library and Hu Yitao, director of the Reference And consulting Department attended this seminar and exchange.

On the morning of 24th, the conferment ceremony was held. He Runsheng, inspector of the First level of the Ministry of Education, And He Zhimin, deputy director of the State Intellectual Property Office, etc., officially awarded the second batch of 37 colleges and universities of the National Intellectual Property Information Service Center. Our school is one of the universities that have been approved after one year's preparation, application and defense. By September 2020, two batches of 60 universities have been selected and approved by the State Intellectual Property Administration. Nanjing University of Technology, Nanjing University, Southeast University and Nanjing Agricultural University have been approved in Nanjing.

Listed as "the center" in our school organizations and the main body of intellectual property information service, nanjing agricultural university library (heritage) will be the opening for the new starting point, together with the court, in the state intellectual property office and the Ministry of Education under the guidance of science and technology development center, meticulous planning and made solid progress "center", for our intellectual property creation, utilization, protection and management of the whole process of intellectual property information service, for our university of science and technology innovation to provide a solid service breed hatch, positive school construction first-class university.

This awarding ceremony and exchange seminar gathered experts and relevant principals of intellectual property information service from well-known universities in China, and conducted in-depth exchange and discussion on the service content, mechanism and exploration of long-term mode of intellectual property service center.
