On the morning of September 18, the library (Ministry of Cultural Heritage) held a meeting on the third floor of Jinling Research Institute to arrange and train the compilation of Nanjing Agricultural University Yearbook 2019. Each unit, college yearbook in charge of leaders, writers and editorial staff to participate. The meeting was presided over by Ni Feng, director of the Library (Ministry of Cultural Heritage).

Ni thanked all of you for your support of the yearbook. He pointed out that there are three differences between the work of the yearbook in 2019 and previous years. The unit changes greatly, the coordination task is heavy; More updates, more difficulty in writing. In view of the above differences, the editorial department will strengthen the efficiency and overall quality of yearbook writing by strengthening practical training, strengthening the editorial department's strength, launching yearbook e-books and honoring yearbook writers. Ni Feng stressed that the yearbook should be in line with the attitude of being responsible for the school and history, grasp the top and bottom attention, full cooperation, each responsibility, grasp the progress and ensure responsibility of five compilation requirements, to promote the yearbook work to a new level.

At the meeting, Gao Jun, a member of the yearbook editorial department, conducted business training on yearbook entries, division of work, problem analysis and other aspects.
