For the implementation of the national science and technology innovation conference spirit, service development "of the transformation of" innovation drive, a major strategy, to promote science and technology intelligence community to adapt to economic globalization and the major technological change in the new period, the requirements of the new situation, to encourage the enthusiasm of science and technology intelligence personnel, improve the ability of independent innovation, promote the development and utilization of the achievements of science and technology intelligence, special organization to declare "2020 science and technology intelligence result". The relevant declaration matters in 2020 are hereby notified as follows:

一、Declaration scope and requirements

1. Application scope

The scientific and technological intelligence results completed by the relevant unit in jiangsu province during January 1, 2017 solstice and June 1, 2020, and meeting at least one of the following conditions:

（1）Significant innovation of scientific and technological information theory research, influential works and research reports; Have a keen insight into the development of science and technology information, and work out high-quality science and technology information development plan; Major innovations in s&T information technology and management have achieved remarkable results.

（2）It has made important contributions to the standardization of s&T information, formulated high-quality s&T information standards and standards, and carried out evaluation activities, thus achieving significant social benefits.

（3）The company has achieved significant social or economic benefits in information consultation including decision-making consultation, scientific and technological novelty search, patent information, competitive intelligence, market research and other services.

（4）It plays an important role in the dissemination and popularization of scientific and technological information and achieves good social benefits, including publications, newsletters, audio-visual, exhibitions, translations, training, websites and intelligence resources.

（5）Major achievements have been made in promoting the sharing of scientific and technological information resources.

2、Reporting requirements

（1）A unit shall be limited to three items. If the declaration is multiple, please give the recommended priority.

（2）Projects that have won jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Information Achievement Award in previous years shall not be reapplied for.

二、Recommend east China region science and technology information achievement award

The evaluation team will recommend and submit the achievement award of science and technology information in East China from the application materials of this year. The award is jointly sponsored by six provinces and one city (six provincial science and technology information societies and Shanghai Science and Technology Information Society) in east China.

三、Submit time and materials

The application form can be downloaded from the website of Jiangsu Institute of Science and Technology Information.

四、Related fees

1. Application fee

There is no charge for the achievement award.

2. Learn the membership fee

When submitting the paper materials, the member units should also go through the procedures of paying membership dues in 2020 (see the membership fee payment notice for details). Institute account:

3、Invoice issued
