The Reader Service Department organizes training activities for young backbone business

In order to actively cope with the work of "the graduates of the class of 2020 going through the library leaving procedures", the reader Service Department held an internal business training and learning activity in library A610 on the afternoon of June 3. The young librarians and business backbone of the reader Service Department participated in the training activity. The event was hosted by Ms. Tong Yunjuan, director of Reader Service Department.

The training content is the practical operation of "Master and Doctoral thesis management system". Gu Tianjian, deputy director of the Reader Service Department, first introduced the paper management system of Xinshuobo, demonstrated and Shared the operation experience of the two interfaces of "paper submission" and "paper review", summarized the common problems in the review process, and put forward relevant matters for attention. During the training, the librarians actively interacted with each other and all said they benefited a lot. The business training was successfully completed.

Tong said that she hoped to make a good plan for the graduates to leave school under the current epidemic prevention and control through this training and study. At the same time, she also put forward the requirements for the young librarians: firmly establish the faith of continuous learning, seize every learning opportunity, and strive to improve their professional level, so as to adapt to the new situation of library development in the future.
