一. Free and open: "new coronavirus research resources column" of coreway
"Novel coronavirus research resources column" is a collection of academic literature resources, patent information resources and life science information resources. Since its release in February, coronavirus keeps the information updated every week, providing the latest research literature, disease review, drug research and development, patent related information and so on.

二. the latest report collation
Multiple authorship and research analysis report have been published
Research papers with 1,000 or more authors from more than 100 countries are increasingly being published on the Web of Science platform, according to the multi-authorship and research analysis report by the institute for scientific information (ISI), part of CRV. The report examines the impact of the complex multi-author model by author, country and discipline. The report's main findings are:
(1) the data generated by a large number of authors' papers (more than 100 authors and/or authors of more than 30 nationalities) can lead to abnormal and possibly misleading results. Therefore, such papers should be excluded from analytical work at the national and institutional levels.
(2) papers with a large number of authors and authors from many different countries are different from typical academic papers and will present a complex author model. This pattern increases the reference rate. Compared with the increase of the number of authors, the increase of the author's nationality has a more obvious effect on the citation rate. An increase in the number of authors will increase the citation influence of the paper slightly and continuously, while an increase in the nationality of the author will increase the influence of the paper dramatically.
(3) over the past five years, the number of papers with complex author models (large Numbers of authors from many different countries) has continued to increase, and the number of papers with authors from more than 100 countries has increased significantly.
(4) the most common number of authors for a paper is three. Of the papers analysed in this report, 95% (14.9m) had fewer than 10 authors.
(5) the increase in the number of authors will slightly and continuously improve the subject standardization citation influence (CNCI) of the paper.
(6) 99% of the papers have no more than 5 authors.
(7) the increase in the number of authors' nationalities will lead to an abnormal CNCI increase.

2. Dewinter's report on the top 100 innovative institutions in the world in 2020
This year's report identifies the world's most innovative institutions. The institutions on the list have made outstanding achievements in technological innovation and patent protection, and these patents have broad market coverage and numerous derivative invention opportunities, with broad business prospects.
Three mainland Chinese companies, including huawei, tencent and xiaomi, made the list for the first time this year.
The top 100 innovation institutions of devont 2020 are distributed in 14 countries and regions on three continents. The United States topped the list with 39 institutions. Japan followed, with 32 institutions on the list. The sum of the US and Japan is close to three-quarters of the total. In the industry distribution of the listed institutions, the hardware and electronics industry ranks the first in all industries with 38 listed institutions, an increase of 3 over last year. Manufacturing and pharmaceutical sectors were followed by 16, with eight in Telecom and eight in software.

3. Status report on coronavirus research
The report, coronavirus research status, was compiled with a team from the literature and information center of the Chinese academy of sciences and China pharmaceutical university. The report highlights the important contents of Coronaviruses review report "Disease Briefing: Coronaviruses" (30 January 2020) by Cortellis drug development integrated intelligence platform, which aims to provide references for scientific research on the current outbreak by comprehensively reviewing the research progress in the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of Coronaviruses. The report mainly includes eight parts: morphology, structure and replication, epidemiology, morbidity and mortality, SARS, MERS, COVID 19, diagnosis, prevention and treatment.
