On April 9, the general party branch of the library organized a meeting on epidemic prevention and control and work arrangement before the school started. Mr Cha guiting presided over the meeting, and Mr Song huaming, deputy secretary and all branch secretaries attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the secretary of chaguiting reported the situation of the school's epidemic prevention and control work and the basic arrangements for the school to open, emphasized the library's pre-opening prevention and control plan, and made arrangements for party members to participate in the preparatory work for the school to open. He also reported the spirit of the third meeting of the 12th committee of the CPC nanjing agricultural university, pointing out that the library and the book and information center should take the initiative to think according to the university's conference arrangements and epidemic characteristics, and provide timely support for teaching and research services for teachers and students. In addition, he also pointed out that each branch should pay attention to the epidemic period of the party building work, the use of a certain form of the party central committee and the school of the relevant documents.

Li xinquan, director of the office, introduced in detail the epidemic prevention and control work plan of the library and the book and information center at the beginning of the semester, and made specific arrangements on the opening plan, reading space management, book borrowing and returning, graduation and leaving school, etc., and introduced 7 working group leaders, members and division of responsibilities. The four branch secretaries also exchanged information about their recent work.
