Notification on eduroam wireless roaming

To facilitate teachers and students to quickly access the Internet during academic exchanges and cooperation at home and abroad, the university has opened eduroam global wireless network service for on-the-job teaching staff and full-time students.

Eduroam education roaming is a safe global trans-domain wireless roaming authentication service specially developed for scientific research and education institutions. At present, it has covered more than 6000 scientific research institutions and education institutions in more than 80 countries and regions all over the world. Organization members who have joined eduroam can use the legal account provided by the organization to roam freely around the world.

Our school has formally joined eduroam alliance. Students and teachers can freely access the Internet when they can search eduroam wireless signals around the world. When they log in, they can use their personal work number or student number @njau.edu.cn.

Eduroam instructions can be found in the library and information center web site (https://net.njau.edu.cn/info/1020/2617.htm).

The university has deployed eduroam in the office area, teaching area and library, providing wireless access service to visiting members of the eduroam alliance. Teachers and students of the university cannot log in.
