In order to ensure the needs of the readers for teaching, research and learning, it has been determined by research that the library and archives will not be closed during the summer vacation. The specific opening arrangements are as follows:

一、Open area and time

1. The public reading area ofWeigang Library (including the delayed study room):

Monday to Sunday, 7:00-22:00

2. The general information desk on the second floor of Weigang Library, the general library, the second lending room:

Working days, 9:00-16:00

3. Pukou campus branch service counter, social science one and two reading rooms, self-study one and two reading rooms:

Working days, 9:00-16:00

4. Reference Consulting Department (new search station):

On weekdays, 9:00-11:00, 14:00-16:00.

5. Archives:

Working days, 9:00-11:00, 14:00-16:00

6. School History Museum, Chinese Agricultural Civilization Museum:

If you need to visit, please contact to make an appointment in advance.

二、Friendly reminder

1. Personnel entering the hall must wear masks for protection. Do not enter the museum if you feel you have fever, cough and other symptoms.

2. Readers on campus, please swipe the code (card) to enter the library. Outsiders who need to enter the library for visits and work will be approved by the school’s general duty room for epidemic prevention and control to register and enter the library.

3. Weigang Library needs to borrow books other than the general library and the second lending room, please contact the duty manager of the general information desk.

4. Novelty, check check indexing, document delivery, try to put forward the demand (chaxin@njau.edu.cn) by sending a mail , staff members will take the initiative communication links.

5. To apply for file checking services such as student status files, please try your best to handle it through the "Invisible File Checking Service" system on the archives website (http://dangan.njau.edu.cn/). For comprehensive archives and personnel file checking services, please go to check the files according to the checking time published on the archives website. In special circumstances, please call the staff or the leader of the class (Director Zhang: 13913000992).

6. During the summer vacation, online booking of books and off-site entrusted borrowing services will be suspended; if the books borrowed by readers are returned before September 10, they will not be overdue.
