The FSTA database is an internationally recognized primary database of food science and technical literature related to human nutrition and health. It is published by the British IFIS Publishing Company. For more than 50 years, its unique FSTA thesaurus (Thesaurus) contains more than 13,300 professional articles. In terms of its coverage of the food industry, human nutrition and health sciences, it can be called the best in the world. It is designed to meet the needs of quickly and effectively accessing world monographs in the field of food and human nutrition and health sciences. It contains a wide range of content, involving food science and technology, biotechnology, microbiology, toxicology, nanotechnology, food safety, genetic modification All topics related to human nutrition and health, such as technology, public health, food additives, nutrition, beverages, food packaging, and pet food.
